Information contained herein is a contract. The transportation of passengers and personals on Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd vessel, Life’s Good, is provided solely by the operator and is governed by the terms and conditions detailed on the website, or herein.


To make a reservation call 0408 878 806 for details or email Payment by Internet banking, Cash or Cheques are all acceptable forms of payments. All payments made by cheque should be made payable to Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd as soon as possible to confirm your booking. Until your payment has been fully cleared in the bank we are within our rights to cancel your booking & take on other customers for the set date.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the website are:  In Australian dollars and GST is included.

A deposit of $500 will be required to secure a confirmed reservation. The final balance is due three weeks prior to the agreed departure time & the vessel cannot be launched until this payment is received. Passengers take departure time as from the original agreement date and time regardless of any delay caused by any passengers.  All reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date. Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd agrees to arrange the provision & services upon full payment by the participant(s) of the amount specified as quoted, (see ‘Cruise Packages’ on If there is a requested variation to the provision and services we normally provide, please provide details of this variation in ‘Specific requests’ below.  If due to some unforeseen circumstance the cruise is not able to proceed due to the passengers, Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd personal or unforeseen circumstances, a Covid19 lockdown or other relating circumstances, either a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $100 or the full payment less an administration fee of $100 or another cruise date can be organised at a date suitable to you.

You are allowed to BYO alcoholic drinks including pre-mixed spirits but no red wine please.

There will be no more passengers than initially agreed. The boat is licensed for a maximum of 25 passengers inshore and 8 passengers offshore. If there are extra passengers than originally agreed, this needs to be confirmed 24 hours in advance so extra crew can be organised for your safety and comfort otherwise we cannot depart and your payment will be forfeited. If during the cruise a request is made for an extension of the original cruise time, full payment by credit card or cash will be accepted on the boat. The extra cost will be agreed during the cruise. For your convenience this request needs to be made at least 1/2 hr before the requested extension time as there may be another cruise booking, otherwise the boat will return to the departure location by the original agreed return time. Your full payment or acceptance of a ticket constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions of the Passenger Contract. There is a room on the boat to store your personal possessions and please do note that only white soled shoes are to be worn on the boat, or bare feet. For your fellow passenger’s comfort please understand that there is no smoking on the boat unless agreed by the skipper and other passengers.

Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd works to keep all pricing as competitive as possible to give you the best value for money and the best cruise experience. The preferred payment method is via a direct bank deposit or cash as there are no fees although there is a credit card facility available for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and balance paid.

For any booking cancelled, whether under deposit, partially paid, or paid in full are considered cancellations and penalties will apply as noted below: All cancellations must be in writing or by email. For all written cancellations received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure the following will apply.

Cancellation Fees (Broken out by days before departure)

Greater than 30 days: Full refund less an administration fee of $100

Greater than 14 days, less than 30 days: Full refund less $500 deposit

Less than 14 days: No refund

For all cruises

Revisions & Changes: Once a booking has been made or paid in full, date and time changes will be made for you as close to your desired time and will be accepted as long as it does not conflict with another booking. See prior section under Cancellation Policy for details on situations, which are classified, as cancellations rather than changes.

Children & Minors Due to the nature of our cruises & being a licensed vessel, Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd does not maintain facilities or services for children. On all cruises and cruise journeys, minors under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to limit the number of minors under the age of 18 years on board.

Disabled Guests Guests who have any medical, physical or other special needs must contact us by email or on 0408 878 806 to obtain our Policy Statement & to assure we can assist and make arrangements for any special needs.

Responsibility: Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for any injuries, damages, loss, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person, or in carrying out the arrangements of the charter, as a result of any cause beyond our control. Guests specifically release Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd from any & all claims for loss or damage to personal effects, property or from personal injuries or death, delay arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractors.  Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the cruise at any time if there is any unruly, unlawful or dangerous behaviour that may endanger other passengers and crew. There will be no refund if this occurs.

Smoking: There is to be no smoking on the boat unless agreed by the skipper and other passengers.

Refusal Of Passage: Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any participant who must leave the charter prematurely for any reason. Nor shall Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd or the owners or operators of the vessels identified in this brochure be responsible for the return transportation or other expenses incurred by such charter participant.

Cancelled Or Postponed Charter: Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a charter or to make changes in the itinerary, or in the judgment of the vessel owner or operator, conditions warrant it. In the event of charters of the vessels, truces, pandemics, lockdowns, riots or stoppage of labour from whatever cause or for any other reason whatsoever, the Owner or Operator of the vessels identified in this brochure may, at any time, cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel or itinerary and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to guests by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.

Conditions Beyond Our Control: Neither Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd nor the owners or operators of the vessel shall be liable for delay or inability to perform any condition in this brochure or any part thereof caused by or arising out of strikes, lockout or labour difficulties or shortages whether or not the Carrier is party thereto, or explosion, fire, collision, standing or foundering of the vessel or breakdown or failure of or damage to the vessel or its hull or machinery or fittings howsoever and wheresoever any or the same may arise or be caused, or civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Weather: If we need to cancel the cruise because the Skipper deems that the weather is not suitable and unsafe, another date can be chosen if it is suitable to you. Luckily our catamaran ‘Life’s Good’ is comfortable in ‘Rain, Hail or Shine’.

Prices/Increases & Omissions: Itineraries are subject to change and may need to be altered or cancelled specifically because of water levels or wind factors. Prices shown on our website are subject to change with or without notice. Adjustments for currency and/or fuel fluctuations may apply. Cruise Gold Coast Pty Ltd is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors and reserves the right to make corrections as required.
